ABOUT MANUEL ESSL
Behind MANUEL ESSL DESIGN stands the Graz-based designer Manuel Essl, whose life has always been shaped by the world of design. After completing his education in graphic and web design, Essl completed the College of Fashion and Design in Graz. An internship in Sweden and the founding of his own label in the fall of 2015 marked the fulfillment of his dream.
In 2017, Essl opened his first boutique in downtown Graz. The breakthrough came in 2019 with the award for Best Young Designer and his first VIENNA FASHION WEEK show. In 2020, MANUEL ESSL DESIGN was named “Austrian Fashion Brand of the Year.”
In 2024, the next step followed with the relocation of his atelier to Vienna. Shortly after his sixth participation in VIENNA FASHION WEEK, Essl will make his international Fashion Week debut at MILANO FASHION WEEK.
