MODESCHULE MICHELBEUERN

With a lot of passion, creativity, and dedication, the past few months have seen intensive work on the final collections in the workshops of the Michelbeuern Fashion School. During the show, various themes that have inspired the designers for their collections will be interconnected. Climate change, female empowerment, and the fast fashion cycle – all of these are part of the College Fashion Show.

Despite the different approaches, some themes keep reappearing: the general discontent with the fast fashion industry, the rebellion against societal norms, and the fight for equality are just a few of the sources of inspiration for the designers.

The young designers see the collection as a rebellion against the current prevailing issues in the fashion industry. It stands as a symbol for craftsmanship, individuality, and sustainability. The individual designs are handcrafted and reflect the unique personalities of the students.

For over 100 years, Modeschule Michelbeuern has been educating students both theoretically and practically as dressmakers and fashion designers. The collection is the result of intensive work, creativity, and craftsmanship.
