Timeless, extravagant, and urban: In her latest collection, designer Martina Mueller-Callisti has placed a strong emphasis on figure-hugging silhouettes complemented by loose, oversized pieces. At the MQ VIENNA FASHION WEEK 2023, she successfully introduced an element of surprise through her use of prints and bold colors.
Under the theme “Elements of Surprise,” the new Callisti collection showcased a wide range of styles. The runway at MQ VIENNA FASHION WEEK featured chic two-piece suits, jumpsuits, as well as elegant dresses and skirts in varying lengths. The standout features were the intricate details, including gathers and pleated draping. Some outfits were skillfully presented in monochrome, while others made a statement with eye-catching prints. The color palette spanned from nude and taupe to lilac, red, and black.
Using luxurious materials such as satin, viscose, and silk, Martina Mueller-Callisti has once again crafted undeniably graceful looks this year. When combined with form-fitting pieces, these flowing fabrics elegantly accentuated the female form. A noteworthy highlight was the signature wide waist belts that are typical of Callisti, serving as absolute show-stoppers. The looks were complemented by stylish ankle boots and contemporary sunglasses.
