Nicolas Dudek: Elegance meets imagination

Nicolas Dudek wows audiences at VIENNA FASHION WEEK with his new collection, “Le Petit Prince.” The 19-year-old designer takes the audience on an emotional journey through the world of the famous children’s book. His creations impressively combine elegance and imagination, once again demonstrating his talent for poetic and sustainable fashion.

Appearing at VIENNA FASHION WEEK for the fourth time, Dudek draws inspiration from Saint-Exupéry’s classic novel. The show begins with elegant black looks—a nod to the lamplighter from the story. Simple yet sophisticated designs set the tone for the first act and highlight Dudek‘s ability to create a big impact with minimalist pieces. In the second act, the mood changes radically: colorful, voluminous tulle creations with corsets dominate the catwalk and are reminiscent of the king from the story. The opulent pieces appear weightless, delight the eye, and spark the audience’s imagination. The collection is a tribute to the important things in life: responsibility, friendship, and the ability to discover the world with childlike curiosity. Dudek translates the story of The Little Prince into fashion that is both emotionally and aesthetically compelling. She shows that clothing can be more than just an outfit: it can convey messages, evoke emotions, and spark the imagination. VIENNA FASHION WEEK thus once again confirms its role as a platform for young, creative talents who enrich the fashion world with fresh visions.
