When fashion shows courage – with Nunu Kaller at Vienna Fashion Week
Textile activist Nunu Kaller is also making a statement at VIENNA FASHION WEEK 2025 by bringing her passion project #UPLIFT25 to the catwalk. The activist and author shows that sustainability not only makes sense, but also looks really good.
16 designers from all over Austria give free rein to their creativity and present looks that tell stories – of social responsibility, second-hand love and fine fabrics from local production. The special feature: Each outfit consists of two parts – an upcycling element made from clothing donated by Caritas and, for the first time, Volkshilfe Wien, combined with fabrics woven in Austria.
Who says you can’t be stylish AND conscious at the same time? UPLIFT25 is the best proof: fashion can do more – and that’s exactly what you can see on the catwalk at VIENNA FASHION WEEK!
