SYLGV (Support Your Local Girl Gang Vienna) is an Austrian designer collective that strongly advocates for
female empowerment and aims to promote the visibility of women in the fashion industry. At
VIENNA FASHION WEEK, the members of SYLGV will present individually tailored designs.
The collective was founded in 2018 by Birgit Rampula and Katharina Amenitsch. Today, it brings together small labels (co-)founded by women, where attitude, quality, and the craftsmanship of the designers come first. Sustainability is a central concern. Instead of short-lived trends, SYLGV focuses on slow fashion, i.e., durable garments and local production.
The collective sees its mission as being an inspiration, promoting women, and creating a tangible connection between the audience and fashion. It creates a space where fashion is not only worn but experienced. With their timeless, urban outfits, they will continue to amaze audiences at VIENNA FASHION WEEK in 2025.
