Manuel Essl Design: Floral elegance with great attention to detail

Manuel Essl Design was part of the VIENNA FASHION WEEK for the sixth time – floral prints, cheerful colors and golden details have long since become the label’s trademark. In 2024, Manuel Essl impressed with his eleventh collection “Floral Elixir”, in which he combined playful floral patterns with cool, metallic elements.

In recent years, the designer has repeatedly managed to skillfully reinterpret floral prints. Manuel Essl also enchanted the audience at VIENNA FASHION WEEK 2024 with a blossoming world of high-quality fabrics and diverse textures. “I have now found my style, my signature, and develop it a little further every year,” says the designer. The floral lace was particularly impressive in the current collection, lending the looks timeless elegance.

While some outfits were deliberately monochrome, Manuel Essl opted for exciting color combinations such as yellow-gold, beige-black or pink-red for others. In keeping with the name of the new collection “Floral Elixir”, he cleverly combined the looks with floral elements, such as delicate prints or eye-catching patterns. By adding imitation leather to some of the floral designs, Manuel Essl added a casual component to the playful looks, creating a visual contrast. He also repeatedly used metallic accents.

Für die VIENNA FASHION WEEK 2024 ließ sich Manuel Essl zudem etwas Besonderes einfallen: Als Special Music Act holte er die Sängerin ANTO auf den Laufsteg, die – in einer lässig-eleganten Kreation von Manuel Essl Design – live performte.
